Ceramic Rope (DSZCFRRP & DSZCFSRP) is a flexible, high-temperature insulation product made from high-purity ceramic fiber yarn. It is designed for thermal sealing and gasketing in demanding industrial environments, offering excellent resistance to heat, flame, and thermal shock. With a continuous operating temperature of up to 1260°C (2300°F), it is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers, kilns, and other high-temperature equipment.
Available in twisted, braided, or square forms, It can be reinforced with fiberglass or stainless steel wire for enhanced strength and durability. It is asbestos-free, non-corrosive, and easy to install, making it a reliable solution for sealing and insulation under extreme heat conditions.
