Signature Ceramic tape (DSZCFTP3.0 & DSZCFTP5.0)
Ceramic Tape (DSZCFTP3.0 & DSZCFTP5.0) is a high-performance, heat-resistant textile product woven from ceramic fiber yarn reinforced with either fiberglass or stainless steel wire for added strength. Designed to withstand continuous temperatures up to 1260°C (2300°F), it offers excellent thermal insulation and is ideal for applications involving high heat and direct flame exposure.
This flexible and durable tape is commonly used for sealing, gasketing, and insulating in industrial furnaces, boilers, ovens, and kilns. It resists thermal shock, corrosion, and most chemicals, making it a reliable choice in harsh operating environments.
Ceramic Tape is an ideal solution for high-temperature sealing and insulation needs. Its flexible design allows easy wrapping around pipes, hoses, and irregular surfaces. Suitable for use in furnaces, kilns, and other heat-intensive environments.

- Made from high-purity ceramic fiber yarns, optionally reinforced with fiberglass or stainless steel wire for added strength

- Available Width: 25 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm
- Standard roll length: 30 meters (custom lengths available)
- Excellent thermal insulation and fire protection, even in direct flame or molten splash conditions
- Low thermal conductivity, non-combustible, and asbestos-free
- Resistant to oils, chemicals, water, and most acids
- Good electrical insulation properties in high-heat environments
