Signature Silicon coated fiberglass Cloth (DSZSFG0.6)
Silicon Coated Fiberglass Cloth (DSZSFG0.6) is a high-performance material made by coating premium fiberglass cloth with specially formulated silicone rubber. This combination offers excellent thermal insulation, water and chemical resistance, flame retardancy, and mechanical strength, making it ideal for use in harsh industrial environments.
The silicone coating enhances the fabric’s flexibility, durability, and resistance to abrasion, UV, oil, and moisture, while maintaining the inherent heat resistance of fiberglass. It is widely used in fire curtains, welding blankets, expansion joints, insulation covers, and protective equipment across industries such as automotive, marine, metalworking, and construction.
It is available in single and double side coatings. The single side coated fabric offers excellent heat resistance and protection on one side, ideal for insulation and protective covers. The double side coated version provides enhanced durability, moisture resistance, and thermal insulation, suitable for harsher industrial environments requiring protection on both sides.
