The SIGNATURE VERMICULITE COATED CERAMIC FABRIC (DSZVCF3.2) from Darshan Safety Zone is a high-performance thermal protection fabric engineered for extreme industrial environments. Formulated with 10–12% premium vermiculite, it delivers outstanding resistance to molten metal splash, slag, and high radiant heat, making it an ideal choice for demanding heat insulation and fire protection applications. This asbestos-free innovation ensures superior thermal stability, reduced heat conductivity, and enhanced dielectric strength for reliable performance in every use.
Built to perform under the toughest conditions, the DSZVCF3.2 withstands temperatures from 1260°C to 1760°C, maintaining flexibility and strength even at peak exposure. With its durable 3.2 mm thickness, vermiculite powder coating, and standard 1 x 30 meter roll size (custom sizes available), this fabric is perfectly suited for foundries, welding stations, metal casting, and high-temperature manufacturing industries—where maximum safety and durability are non-negotiable.
