Ceramic Insulation Rope is a high-temperature sealing and insulation product made from braided ceramic fiber yarns. Engineered to withstand continuous temperatures up to 1260°C, it offers excellent thermal resistance, flexibility, and durability, making it ideal for sealing gaps, doors, and joints in furnaces, boilers, kilns, and other high-heat industrial equipment.
Its strong, resilient construction provides superior protection against heat, flame, and chemical exposure, while remaining easy to install and shape. Available in various diameters, this rope is perfect for thermal sealing, gasketing, and expansion joint applications in demanding environments.

- Heat resistance up to 1260°C (continuous) and up to 1400°C (short-term exposure)
- Made from high-purity ceramic fiber yarns, tightly braided or twisted into flexible rope form
- Standard diameters: 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm (custom sizes available)
- Standard coil lengths: 10 m, 25 m, 50 m (custom lengths on request)
- Excellent thermal insulation, low thermal conductivity, and thermal shock resistance
