Silicon Coated Fiberglass Insulation Cloth is a versatile, high-performance thermal insulation material designed for environments requiring excellent heat resistance and flexibility. The premium fiberglass fabric is coated with a durable silicone layer that enhances its resistance to heat, chemicals, moisture, and abrasion.
This cloth withstands continuous temperatures up to 260°C (and short-term peaks higher), making it ideal for applications such as welding blankets, protective covers, insulation wraps, and fireproof curtains. The silicone coating also provides water repellency and electrical insulation, extending its use to a variety of industrial, automotive, and electrical applications.

- Heat resistance up to 500°C (continuous) and up to 600°C (short-term exposure)
- Silicone coating provides excellent weather resistance, water repellency, and UV protection
- Made from high-quality fiberglass yarn, woven into a durable, flexible fabric base
- Thickness range: 0.5 mm to 3 mm (depending on coating weight)
- Standard widths: 1000 mm, 1220 mm, 1500 mm (custom sizes available)
- Roll lengths: Typically 30 m or 50 m (custom lengths on request)
- Offers good thermal insulation, flame retardance, and mechanical strength
